My experience of 30 years working in the human services sector (18 in private practise), have taught me that the first step in facilitating change is in providing a safe, compassionate and respectful counsellor-client relationship.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.) and work with adults across BC who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, worry/rumination, depression, anger, and stress. My goal is to help clients develop skills that will improve the quality of their lives.

I'm a down-to-earth, client-centered counsellor that can bring new hope to you and new life to your relationships. I'm here and ready to listen with warmth, kindness and compassion, without any judgement or criticism.
